Role Overview

The firm is seeking an Investment Analyst to support the full investment cycle for public and private credit opportunities across the GCC. This is a high-exposure role within a lean team; offering direct involvement in deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution from an early stage in one’s career.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market, sector, and company-level research to identify and assess credit investment opportunities.
• Perform financial analysis including balance sheet assessment, creditworthiness evaluation, and debt covenant review.
• Support due diligence processes and prepare investment recommendations for the investment committee.
• Assist senior professionals in deal structuring, lender negotiations, and portfolio monitoring.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Big 4 M&A, Strategy Consulting, or Private Equity/Credit.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable institution.
• Open to Saudi nationals only.
