A Real Estate investment firm in the UAE is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Corporate Finance professional to lead significant investments in large-scale energy projects and strategic land acquisitions that underpin the growth of their expanding data centre portfolio. In this role, you will design and execute complex financing strategies to source, secure, and develop new sites.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Leadership: Spearhead end-to-end structuring and execution of complex project financings, with focus on Public-Private Partnerships (PPP)
• Financial Modeling: Build and maintain sophisticated financial models including cash flow waterfalls, valuations, and sensitivity analyses
• Due Diligence: Lead comprehensive assessment of investment opportunities across financial, commercial, technical, and legal dimensions
• Risk Management: Identify, quantify, and mitigate transaction risks while negotiating key commercial and financial terms
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with leadership, lenders, co-investors, and government authorities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
• 7-10 years in project finance, structured lending, or infrastructure advisory
• Proven track record closing transactions in power/infrastructure sectors
• Required: Specific experience structuring and executing PPP projects
• Expert-level financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency
• Strong understanding of financing agreements and legal documentation
