Responsibilities:

• Source and originate real estate investment opportunities
• Lead financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring
• Conduct market research focused on UAE
• Prepare Investment Committee memoranda
• Oversee due diligence, site visits, and vendor negotiations
• Monitor portfolio performance and drive value creation
• Build relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and wealth partners
• Collaborate with legal, tax, and regulatory advisors
• Support fundraising and business development

Qualifications

Required:

• 10+ years institutional real estate investment experience in progressively senior roles
• Proven transaction execution track record
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred:

• Developed market experience (UK, Europe, US)
• Direct GCC market exposure
• Experience in Hospitality, Residential, or Credit Special Situations
• Relevant qualifications (CFA, MRICS, MBA)
