The Role

The Head of Capital Markets will drive fundraising strategy and institutional investor relationships globally. This role leads capital formation efforts targeting hedge funds, family offices, digital asset investors, sovereign capital, and event-driven allocators.

Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll structure investment vehicles, develop institutional materials, and secure strategic investors across North America, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

Core Responsibilities

• Fundraising Execution – Lead multi-jurisdictional capital raising across private placements, structured products, and institutional offerings
• Relationship Development – Build and maintain investor networks spanning alternative asset managers, ultra-high-net-worth platforms, digital asset funds, and institutional allocators
• Structuring & Solutions – Collaborate with legal and finance teams to design flexible capital instruments tailored to institutional requirements
• Strategic Partnerships – Secure anchor commitments and cultivate marquee investor relationships to establish platform credibility
• Market Positioning – Monitor allocator dynamics, digital asset treasury trends, and competitive positioning within the specialized investment landscape

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 10–20 years in investment banking (equity/debt capital markets, structured products), institutional fundraising, capital placement, or similar roles at top-tier platforms
• Network: Proven relationships with institutional allocators including hedge funds, family offices, event-driven investors, digital asset allocators, and sovereign entities
• Track Record: Successfully raised $100M+ in capital for alternative or structured investment strategies
• Capabilities: Expertise in investor communications, complex transaction structuring, and executing cross-border capital raises
