A leading investment firm in the UAE is seeking an experienced Real Estate Asset Manager to lead the delivery and management of a large-scale master-planned real estate project. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a significant development from final approvals stage through execution and into active portfolio management.

As a key member of a small team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of transformative projects.

Responsibilities

Project Commercial Development

• Build and validate the financial master plan model, developing key inputs that drive returns and payback
• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies, assessing opportunities and risks in detail
• Develop detailed project timelines from inception through execution

Third Party Management

• Select and onboard third-party consultants through competitive tender processes
• Manage advisors to ensure they deliver on scope, budget, and timeline
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships that inspire high performance

Project & Portfolio Management

• Drive implementation of the Master Plan and ensure timely execution
• Lead post-execution asset optimization initiatives
• Develop value creation strategies to ensure performance meets expectations
• Validate key financial and commercial inputs driving project returns
• Manage relationships with Master Planners, specialist consultants, and regulators
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals while delivering value

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in the real estate sector
• Minimum 5 years of experience within the UAE market
• Proven track record of conducting and implementing real estate feasibility plans
• Demonstrated success managing and executing large-scale real estate projects
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Strong financial acumen with deep understanding of real estate valuation
• Established regional real estate network

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree
• Professional qualifications in real estate, finance, or related fields
