Role Overview
The firm is seeking an Investment Associate to join the new UAE team. This role will support all aspects of the investment cycle across the Middle East and Asia, from sourcing and evaluating new opportunities to hands-on portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities
Deal Sourcing & Origination
- Identify and research investment opportunities in healthcare across the region, conducting deep market and sector mapping.
- Proactively build and maintain networks with founders, intermediaries, and industry executives to generate deal flow.
Evaluation & Execution
- Lead financial modelling and valuation (DCF, LBO, comparable companies) and prepare detailed investment memoranda.
- Coordinate and conduct due diligence processes, including financial, commercial, and legal analysis.
- Support negotiation of deal terms and transaction documentation.
Portfolio Management
- Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to monitor performance, drive value creation initiatives, and support strategic projects.
- Analyze and report on operating and financial results, macro trends, and market developments affecting portfolio assets.
- Assist in preparing board materials and strategic reviews.
Sector & Market Research
- Continuously track healthcare trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics across Middle East and Asia.
- Prepare research papers and presentations to inform investment strategy and portfolio positioning.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in two or more of: private equity, investment banking, and/or management consulting
- Preference for ideally with healthcare deal experience
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to synthesize complex information clearly.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Advanced degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
