We have multiple opportunities for PMs within Fundamental Equities – by sector and region. The positions are with single-strategy and multi-strategy funds growing in the UAE.

Of particular interest would be Emerging Markets (sector agnostic) Equities experience, India-focused experience, pan-Asia experience and Consumer or Tech (global) experience.

We are looking for proven PMs with a track record in fundamental equities, whether Long-only, L/S, Long-biased, Thematic, Catalyst-driven or other approaches. You will run your own book and contribute to the respective firm’s growth by managing a team.

Total performance-based comp is in line with market standards; however signing bonuses & buyout packages are discretionary and subjective to each hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundamental equity investment strategies aligned with specific fund mandates
• Manage a dedicated book with full P&L responsibility, demonstrating ability to scale strategies effectively
• Conduct thorough fundamental research on companies, sectors, and market trends to identify investment opportunities
• Build and maintain valuation models to support investment theses and portfolio construction
• Monitor portfolio performance, risk exposure, and attribution metrics, making timely adjustments
• Collaborate with research analysts and other PMs to generate and refine investment ideas
• Present investment theses and performance reviews to investment committees and key stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven track record (minimum 3-5 years) managing an equity portfolio with demonstrable results
• Evidence of successfully scaling strategy AUM while maintaining performance
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Deep understanding of fundamental analysis, market dynamics, and risk management
• Excellent communication skills to articulate investment theses clearly and concisely
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or advanced degree preferred

Note: all positions require relocation to the UAE. In select circumstances you may be able to start in another office, with a transition plan over 6-12 months.
