The firm provides comprehensive collective investment fund services, specialising in global private markets and local public markets.

THE ROLE

Deal Sourcing and Industry Research

• Actively identify potential investment opportunities through industry research, networking, and relationship building
• Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and market dynamics
• Attend industry events and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, founders, and other stakeholders

Due Diligence and Financial Analysis

• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential investments
• Perform in-depth financial modeling and analysis, including:
• Comparable company analysis (CCA), Discounted cash flow (DCF), Scenario analysis

Investment Evaluation and Decision-Making

• Prepare investment memos, theses, and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations
• Participate in investment committee meetings and contribute to the decision-making process

Deal Structuring and Negotiation

• Assist in structuring investment deals and negotiating terms with entrepreneurs and founders
• Collaborate with legal teams on drafting and reviewing term sheets and investment agreements.

Portfolio Management

• Monitor and manage the firm’s investment portfolio
• Track performance metrics, analyze financial and operational data, and identify value creation opportunities
• Provide strategic guidance and operational support to portfolio companies

Relationship Management

• Maintain and nurture relationships with entrepreneurs, industry professionals, and other stakeholders.
• Engage in ongoing communication and participate in networking events

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 4-7 yrs years total experience from Big4 M&A, IB or Family Office
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Investment, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent communication and presenting skills
• In-depth understanding of financial markets and investment

NICE TO HAVE

• CFA Charterholder
• Proficiency in advanced financial modeling techniques, including Monte Carlo simulation and sensitivity analysis
• Strong understanding of various valuation methodologies
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
