Job Description: Head of Investor Relations

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Overview:

Our client is a Private Equity backed business which will soon IPO on the Tadawul exchange in Riyadh.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Head of Investor Relations to play a pivotal role in shaping the investor relations strategy for a new IPO on the Tadawul Exchange in 2024-25.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred); CFA is a plus
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the Middle East and proven relevant experience of regulatory requirements and corporate governance practices within the KSA market.
• Proven experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or related roles within the finance industry
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze financial data and market trends effectively
• Fluent in Arabic and English (excellent command of both languages in speech and writing)
• Preferred: extensive experience with companies in KSA.
