The business is in active acquisition mode, led by a lean senior team with a hands-on operating approach. Backed privately, it operates with the speed and conviction of a growth-stage company and the financial rigour of an institutional acquirer.
The Opportunity:
A rare early hire into the M&A function, reporting directly to the founders. You will own deal origination and execution across the full transaction lifecycle — with genuine equity upside tied to platform growth.
Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate acquisition targets across fragmented service verticals through direct outreach, intermediary relationships, and market mapping
- Lead end-to-end transaction execution: financial modelling, valuation, due diligence coordination, and deal structuring
- Prepare investment memos and present recommendations directly to founders and investors
- Support post-acquisition integration, synergy tracking, and operational performance monitoring
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years in investment banking (M&A), private equity, or corporate development with a full deal lifecycle track record
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills across deal structuring and operating model analysis
- Prior exposure to services sectors, roll-up strategies, or early-stage / high-growth environments preferred
- GCC-based network of advisors, intermediaries, or founder relationships is an advantage
