Our client, an investment platform managing direct investments, regional JVs and a new global VC arm, is seeking to hire a first their Investor Relations Manager.

The position is responsible for building an Investor Relations function and driving fundraising.

We are open to recruiting someone in a hybrid IR & Investment position or to purely focus on Investor Relations & Fundraising.

Either way, you will take on responsibility for building an IR framework, GTM plans and investor outreach – with an emphasis on developing new relationships in the GCC and beyond.

Key responsibilities include:

• Actively mapping the investor market and marketing the funds.
• Developing presentations and marketing materials.
• Preparing reporting frameworks and analyzing fund performance.
• Collaborating with the investment team on custom investor queries and pitches.
• Ensuring communications and documentation meet regulatory standards.
• Championing AI in all your workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field is strong preferred.
• At least 8-10 years’ experience in progressively senior roles in Advisory and Alternatives fields, latterly in Investment or Investor Relations / Capital Formation.
• Strong technical foundation and analysis skills – with proven ability to synthesise and present investment concepts.
• Preferred: knowledge of the Middle East investment landscape and culture.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
