Investor Relations VP – Dubai

Our client, a fast growing Real Estate investment manager, is seeking a VP to join their Investor Relations team in Dubai.

The position acts as a #2 to the Head of Investor Relations with a key role in developing client relationships.

You will be closely involved in communications with current and potential investors – with an emphasis on developing new relationships in the Middle East and Asia.

Key clientele will be Institutional investors such as Banks, Insurance companies and Corporates; alongside family offices and HNWIs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Actively seeking out new relationships.
• Developing presentations and marketing materials.
• Supporting fundraising by preparing pitch decks and coordinating meetings.
• Preparing and distributing investor reports and performance summaries.
• Analyzing fund performance and market trends in collaboration with internal teams.
• Ensuring communications and documentation meet regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).
• 8+ years’ experience mostly concentrated in Investor Relations or Client Solutions within alternative investments.
• Strong knowledge of private equity, credit, and real estate strategies.
• Must have experience dealing with Middle East investors and know the landscape well.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
• Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus.
