A global investment firm is seeking to hire a VP/Principal for a Strategy & Investment position in its growing team.

The firm pursues direct, fund investments and JVs/special situations with a focus on a high-growth opportunities. The deal mandate is global and cross-sector, with growing focus on developed markets and partnering with Tier 1 investors with a track-record across multiple funds.

Requirements

 

• • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree from a reputable university.
  • 6-10 years of total relevant experience
  • Background in Investment Banking, Principal Investment (direct and/or fund of funds), Investor Relations or similar roles – equity focus preferred.
  • Strong understanding of M&A (including cross-border mergers and acquisitions) models, valuations, and practices across multiple sectors.
  • Demonstrable interest in global investment markets.
  • High EQ, effective in building and managing relationships with third parties.
