Description

We are supporting a portfolio company of a large GCC fund. The firm is an International business operating across several verticals in the B2B and Services space, seeking to hire a Head of Strategy to join a growing senior management team.

The company has an aggressive international expansion mandate and plans to IPO within the year.

The Head of Strategy will be responsible for working closely with business unit CEOs/Senior Stakeholders to dissect and organize top-down strategies for each area; drive operational implementation and supporting international ventures, IPO readiness and other ad-hoc strategic projects.

Requirements

• 12-15y experience in Consulting & Corporate Strategy positions.
• Experience working with C-Level stakeholders and proven ability to lead discussions and influence senior management.
• Consulting experience at McKinsey/Bain/BCG strongly preferred.
• Relevant International Experience (GCC would be a plus).
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
