A Holding Company based in Abu Dhabi are seeking a Head of Human Resources.

In this role, you will catalyse organizational performance through strategic leadership, lead transformative change initiatives, and collaborate across subsidiary businesses on talent management.

The role is responsible for overseeing the HR function for a growing range of portfolio & subsidiary companies and respective HR initiatives. You will Talent, Rewards, Workforce Planning, Learning & Organisational Development, Employee Relations, and other areas, while fostering a culture of accountability and entrepreneurship.

Requirements

• 16+ years of experience, of which at least 6+ years have been spent in a management role within Human Capital.
• Qualified HR Professional specialized in Human Resources, Human Capital, or People Management.
• Proficiency in financial management and HR-related metrics.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and recognized HRMS software systems.
• CIPD certification is preferred.
• Arabic speaker is an advantage but not essential.
