A fast-growing startup in Riyadh, offering a complete Cloud point-of-sale SaaS with tools that help F&B and retail businesses start, track and grow. Founded in 2014, the platform is currently available across the MENA region, with offices in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Egypt. Today, this startup is one of the most promising SaaS companies in MENA and a future Unicorn (USD $1bn company).

Main Task and Responsibilities đź’ˇ

  • Lead the startup’s Pay product and solutions including digital and innovations
  • Identify strategic opportunities for the product’s capabilities through a strong understanding of various customer segment business needs, leveraging payment solutions across multiple platforms
  • Partner with Sales and Channel units to develop and execute account strategies, objectives and plans to increase revenue and market share for strategic accounts
  • Partner with Sales and Channel units to develop and execute sales strategies, objectives and plans to increase revenue and market shares for strategic accounts
  • Ensures the product is managed according to and complies with governance standards at all times with SAMA regulations, SLA’s and MADA branding rules related to POS business
  • Manage 3rd party partnerships (Payment device providers, Bank acquirer, Merchant Management solution provider) from contract administration, acquire process tracking and reporting, and promotions marketing execution in collaboration with the territory, marketing, and merchant maintenance focal point
  • Understanding business requirements, sourcing information from payment providers, liaising with the CEO, Head of Products on priorities and have an apt for managing multiple work streams while ensuring all information is at hand when required

 

Requirements

    • Minimum 7-10 years of total work experience in experience in Payment aggregators/facilitators in the areas of product development, acquisition, marketing, partner education; with at least 3-5 years of experience selling to the banking Sector or payment solutions
    • BS Degree graduate in Finance, Economy, any Business-related course or Information Technology
    • Proven Payments experience or exposure and acquiring banking knowledge is a must. Should be knowledgeable in SAMA regulations, SLA’s and MADA branding rules related to POS business
    • Good understanding of Digital and Mobility concepts, strategies, and solutions
    • Demonstrated leadership and experience in new product development and deployment
    • Track record of planning, managing and delivering on complex cross functional projects from conceptualization to launch
    • Strong analytical ability, can challenge the status quo by providing fact-based insights and arguments for the development of the optimal selection criteria and ultimate payment solution
    • Essential: Fluent in speaking and writing in English and Arabic
    • Preferred: Saudi National

Salary:

$200000 - $240000 Annually
