We are currently supporting a fast-growing Investment Banking division seeking several hires.

The team primarily executes M&A transactions, with select IPOs and financings – with global mandates including deals in North America, Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia.

This is an excellent team to join for high deal flow and exposure across sectors & regions.

You will be responsible for the typical range of Analyst / Associate tasks; from building financial models and valuation assessments from the ground up, to working on multiple aspects of a transaction ranging from evaluation to execution.

Suitable candidates will come from Investment Banking, Big4 M&A OR Consulting backgrounds (with proven training in financial modelling and valuations methodologies).

Requirements

• Analyst: 0-3 years’ experience in PE/Investment Banking / M&A Advisory, Consulting or Finance background. For recent graduates, intern/off-cycle Analyst experience is required.
• Associate/Senior Associate: 3-6 years’ experience in PE/ Investment Banking / M&A Advisory, Consulting or a similar area.
• Training and proven experience in financial modelling (highly competent in DCF, SoTP, 3-Statement Model etc.), preparing pitch decks, due diligence etc.
• Good knowledge of Economics, Corporate Finance topics, etc.
• Preferred (not essential): Sector experience in Infra, Energy, Renewables.
• Investment Banking or Big4/Consulting experience is required at “Senior Associate” level and to be promoted to VP.
• Degree and / or MBA from a reputable university.
• International experience (outside GCC) is a plus.
