Our client is an established investor with a global, cross-sector portfolio.

The team invests from multiple funds in Healthcare, Financial Services & Fintech, Consumer, Tech/Tech-enabled services, and Real Estate, with plans for additional sector verticals.

With a predominantly international focus, the growing and diverse team is able to invest in a range of ticket sizes, either as a control investor or a co-investor with Board Seats.

We are seeking up to 3 talented individuals for roles spanning from Investment Analyst to Senior Associate (Investment Banking VP equivalent).

The chosen candidates must have an excellent technical foundation and will take part in all stages of deals – conducting comprehensive due diligence, market research, financial analysis, and deal structuring.

They will actively contribute to managing simultaneous transactions across sectors, collaborate closely with Vice Presidents and Directors, and play a key role in curating the deal pipeline. Additionally, they will support portfolio companies, monitor operational performance, and build lasting relationships with co-investors and general partners.

Requirements

• Analyst: 2-3 years’ experience in Investment Banking / M&A Advisory, Consulting or a similar area.
• Associate: 4-6 years’ experience in Investment Banking / M&A Advisory, Consulting or a similar area; including some Private Equity or Growth Equity investment experience.
• Senior Associate: 7-9 years’ experience in Investment Banking / M&A Advisory, Consulting or a similar area; including Private Equity investment experience. Will be able to manage Analysts & Associates workstreams.
• Preferred: International experience (outside GCC, particularly N.America, Europe or AsiaPac).

All candidates must have:

• Advanced and financial modelling and valuations skills (including DCF, LBO etc.).
• Strong understanding of M&A (including cross-border mergers and acquisitions) models, valuations and practices.
• Ability to support complex M&A activity across multiple sectors.
• Degree and / or MBA from a reputable university.
